What is WordCamp Asia?

“WordCamp” is a conference organized by the WordPress user community, where users share their knowledge and experiences with one another. Events are typically named after the city in which they are held, such as WordCamp Tokyo or WordCamp Osaka.

Among them, events like WordCamp US and WordCamp Europe, which are named after broader regions rather than a single city, are called “Flagship WordCamps.” These are the largest-scale WordCamp events.

Looking Back at WordCamp Asia 2025 as an AV Crew

Hi, I’m Yuko TORIYAMA also known as “Torisan”, a staff member at Vektor,Inc.
From February 20 to 22, 2025, I participated as an AV Crew (photo shooting volunteer) at WordCamp Asia 2025, which was held in Manila, Philippines. This was my second challenge as an AV Crew, following last year’s WordCamp Asia 2024 in Taipei.

I’d like to share some photos right away, but I’m still in the process of selecting them.
For now, I’m looking back at the photos myself, reminiscing about the Hot and febrile days in Manila.
